What to Expect When You Contact Us
We read every message and reply personally — usually the same afternoon.

We respond to all enquiries within one working day, and usually the same afternoon if you contact us before noon. We're happy to discuss whole-loaf pre-orders (we can hold up to five loaves per customer), weekend catering for groups of up to 40 people, and corporate breakfast trays for nearby offices. For general questions about allergens, ingredients, or the sourcing of specific products, email is the clearest channel — it lets us give you a thorough and accurate answer without rushing. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific menu items will be available on a given day without a confirmed advance order.

Opening Hours
We're open seven days a week — though Sunday is a short one.
Monday – Thursday
Doors open at 07:00 and we close at 17:00. The pastry counter is usually well-stocked until around 11:30; lunch plates run from 11:00 until they're gone.
Friday
Extended hours until 18:00. Friday afternoons are our busiest filter-coffee window — come for a slow pour-over and one of the weekend specials we often trial on Fridays.
Saturday
Open 08:00–15:00. The full bread range is available; this is our best day for getting a whole sourdough loaf if you haven't pre-ordered.
Sunday
Open 08:00–13:00. A quieter, slower morning — fewer seats but a more relaxed pace. Great for a long coffee and the weekend pastry special.
